Benesch Partners Douglas DiMedio and Andrew Glickman Named to 2027 Lawdragon 500 Leading Dealmakers in America

Benesch is pleased to announce that Douglas DiMedio, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, and Partner Andrew Glickman have been named to the 2027 Lawdragon 500 Leading Dealmakers in America list.
The annual guide recognizes leading transactional lawyers across a range of practices, including M&A and private equity, capital markets and finance, governance and shareholder activism, as well as tax, antitrust and regulatory matters.

A former Big Law attorney and general counsel at both public and private companies, Andrew combines extensive corporate and M&A experience with a firsthand perspective, helping clients identify opportunities and overcome hurdles. His experience spans mergers, acquisitions, private equity, capital raising, IPOs, corporate governance and outside general counsel advice.
