Benesch Adds Practice Attorney to Labor & Employment Team in New York

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Practice Attorney Geetika Gupta-Roongta to the Labor & Employment Practice Group in New York.

Geetika is an immigration attorney with more than 6 years of experience with non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B1, O-1, R-1, TN, F-1) and immigrant visa petitions (PERM, I-140, I-485, EB-1C) for individuals & corporates in major economic sectors including Information Technology, Financial Institutions, Health Care, Non-profit Religious Organizations. 

In addition, Geetika has experience onboarding new clients and developing client-centric mobilization strategies in compliance with USCIS guidelines & DOL regulations. She has successfully led immigration teams consisting of paralegals and immigration assistants.

Geetika earned her LL.M. from New York University School of Law and her BLS & LL.B. (Eq. of J.D.) from Government Law College. She also took independent courses in American Government, and intellectual Property from Harvard University.
