As Benesch continues to honor its commitment to recruiting top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher M. Matgouranis and Alyssa A. Moscarino to the Cleveland office.

Chris joins Benesch as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group. He represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate matters including leasing, development, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. He has significant experience with distressed real estate assets and bankruptcy, as well as the real estate aspects of business acquisitions and dispositions.
Chris received his J.D., summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in 2014 and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Ohio University in 2011.
Alyssa joins Benesch as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She brings to the firm unique insight in the field of energy, personal injury, class action, products liability, white collar defense, and commercial litigation, both on the plaintiff and defense side. Alyssa has significant hands-on litigation experience, including in trial and depositions.
Alyssa received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015 and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas in 2012.
