This marks the second time Benesch has received this honor in Columbus and represents a significant achievement as the firm continues its mission of fostering a people-first culture where employees feel valued, supported and inspired.

The Top Workplaces awards recognize the region’s top employers and are based entirely on confidential employee feedback collected by Energage, a workplace research firm. The survey measures key drivers of workplace satisfaction, including feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow and empowered to execute.
