William M. Alleman | Litigation Practice Group
Bill focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. He also represents debtors, committees, creditors, and other parties in out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
Kevin M. Capuzzi | Litigation, Insolvency & Creditors’ Rights, and Transportation & Logistics Practice Groups
Kevin is a member of the Firm’s Litigation, Insolvency & Creditors’ Rights, and Transportation & Logistics Practice Groups. He represents parties in all stages of litigation in courts around the county. Kevin also regularly represents debtors, creditors, official creditor committees, and lenders in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as parties to adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. He was named a 2018 Delaware Rising Star by Super Lawyers for his work in Creditor/Debtor Rights-Business. Finally, Kevin regularly litigates transportation disputes in Federal and state courts across the country. Kevin’s focus is on freight charge and cargo claim disputes, as well as matters related to trailer liens and asset seizures. Kevin is based in Benesch’s Wilmington, Delaware office and is licensed in Delaware and New Jersey, as well as various Federal courts.
Sarah M. Hesse | Corporate & Securities Practice Group
Sarah focuses her practice on securities and corporate governance matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Sarah regularly counsels public company clients in SEC and stock exchange compliance and disclosure requirements and corporate governance matters. She also represents clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, go-private transactions, and debt and equity offerings. Additionally, Sarah counsels investment adviser clients on a variety of regulatory matters.
Michael J. Mozes | Corporate & Securities, Private Equity and Transportation & Logistics Practice Groups
Michael’s practice is centered around private funds, investment management, and corporate transactions. He counsels private equity and venture capital funds in connection with their investments in portfolio companies, advises investment managers in relation to fund formation and federal and state regulatory compliance, and assists pension plans, endowments, and high net worth clients with investments in all types of alternative investment vehicles. In addition, Michael assists companies in all stages of growth in a variety of transactional matters, including entity structure, formation, corporate governance, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
Joel R. Pentz | Real Estate & Environmental, Retail, Hospitality & Consumer Products and Transportation & Logistics Practice Groups
Joel is a strategically focused, results based business advisor and legal counselor, possessing a broad and unique background both in-house and in private practice, in both the private and public sector, and in numerous industries. He focuses his practice around all aspects of corporate real estate and has extensive experience leading, planning, structuring, negotiating, managing, and executing real estate acquisition, divestiture, leasing, financing, development, and joint venture transactions with particular focus on corporate headquarter, office, warehouse, distribution, logistics, industrial, and healthcare facility assets.
Jonathan R. Todd | Transportation & Logistics Practice Group
Jonathan advises clients on transportation, logistics, warehousing, import compliance, export controls and economic sanctions, and related supply chain management issues. He leads those transactional and regulatory matters for manufacturers, distributors, retailers, third party logistics providers, brokers, forwarders, intermediaries, and carriers of all modes. His work spans the wide range of challenges that arise when clients buy and sell regulated companies, purchase and offer regulated services, procure and produce goods, deliver those services or ship those goods around the world, and manage regulatory compliance or respond to enforcement actions.
