Benesch Partner Adam Saurwein Named a GlobeSt 2025 Influencer in Multifamily Real Estate
September 30, 2025
Benesch is pleased to congratulate Adam Saurwein, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, on being named a 2025 Influencer in Multifamily Real Estate by GlobeSt. Since 2018, this recognition has highlighted influential professionals who are making significant contributions to the multifamily sector and shaping the future of the industry.
The 2025 Influencers in Multifamily were selected by a panel of industry experts based on their professional accomplishments; how impactful their work has been; how dedicated they have been to furthering the industry; and how committed they have been to high ethical standards, service and excellence. Honorees are among the most notable and influential multifamily real estate professionals, including developers, investors, brokers and those introducing innovative concepts and products to the field.
“Adam’s outstanding work and leadership in the multifamily sector makes this recognition incredibly well-deserved,” said Benesch Real Estate Chair and Firm Administrative Partner Jeff Wild. “His dedication to client service and his deep understanding of the real estate market have made a lasting impact on our clients and the industry as a whole, and we are proud of his accomplishments.”
“This year’s Multifamily Influencers reflect the dynamic forces reshaping the current housing market,” added Natalie Dolce, editor-in-chief of GlobeSt.com. “These honorees are pushing the industry forward—spearheading ambitious developments, advancing innovative housing solutions and elevating standards for community-focused investment. The caliber of nominations underscores the sector’s remarkable depth of talent, and GlobeSt.com is proud to recognize those setting the pace for multifamily real estate now and into the future.”
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Adam’s practice focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, investment, management and finance of multifamily residential, office, retail, hotel, mixed-use and industrial properties. He regularly represents REITs, developers, investors, lenders, private equity funds and other institutional and non-institutional clients in sophisticated real estate transactions. Notably, Adam recently represented one of the largest multifamily developers in the country in the $93.5 million disposition of a Class A multifamily project in Florida.
Additionally, Adam is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves on the board of the Monroe Street Historic Cemetery Foundation and is a mentor in the Ohio Supreme Court Lawyer to Lawyer Mentorship Program.
The 2025 Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate will be honored at GlobeSt.’s annual Multifamily Fall conference in Los Angeles on October 20, 2025.
