Benesch Partner Elected to Advisory Committee on the Constitution

Benesch is pleased to announce Judy L. Woods has been elected to the Advisory Committee on the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for a 6-year term.
The Advisory Committee on the Constitution is a permanent committee of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). It is a nationally elected body that advises on matters related to interpretation and amendment of The Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
Judy is a partner in Benesch’s Litigation Practice Group and co-chairs the Financial Institution Litigation focus area. Judy focuses her practice on complex commercial and “bet the company” litigation, including antitrust, class actions, shareholder and corporate disputes, international contracts, finance disputes, fraud, RICO, and other business disputes.
