Benesch Partner Ira Kaplan Named Chair of United Way of Greater Cleveland Board of Directors

Benesch is pleased to share that Ira C. Kaplan, Executive Chairman of Benesch, has been named Chair of the Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Cleveland. The appointment was highlighted by the Cleveland Jewish News, recognizing Ira’s longstanding commitment to community leadership and service.

A dedicated supporter of United Way for nearly three decades, Ira has served in numerous leadership roles within the organization and will now help guide its mission of improving lives across Northeast Ohio. He succeeds Vanessa L. Whiting and will serve a two-year term as board chair.
