Benesch Partner Marc Blubaugh Appointed National Coordinating Counsel by Falvey Insurance Group

Marc S. Blubaugh, co-chair of Benesch’s Transportation & Logistics Practice Group as well as Vice-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group, has been appointed by Falvey Insurance Group as National Coordinating Counsel.

In his new role, Blubaugh will oversee Falvey’s national defense panel for freight broker liability claims—an area of rising litigation exposure in the transportation industry. Given his recognized expertise in transportation law, including freight-broker liability and the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act, Blubaugh is well-positioned to lead coordinated defense efforts and promote superior representation for Falvey’s assureds.
