Mark Silberman, Vice Chair of Benesch’s Healthcare Practice Group, was recently quoted in a Law360 article, “CMS Fraud Concerns Drive Call For Autism Therapy Audits”. The article examines new CMS guidance aimed at increasing oversight of autism therapy providers amid concerns about fraud, waste and rising Medicaid spending.
