Benesch Partner Noelle Torrice Named to 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation List

Noelle focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts and trade secret misappropriation matters. She has experience across all phases of litigation, from pre-filing investigation and negotiation through discovery, motion practice and trial and arbitration. In addition, she represents businesses and individuals in creditors’ rights litigation and bankruptcy proceedings and has significant experience in insurance coverage, liability defense and transportation matters. Recognized for her work in this area, Noelle was named by Lex Machina as the seventh most active trade secret litigator in the United States in 2025, with Benesch ranked among the top 10 firms nationally.
She partners closely with clients and colleagues to develop practical, creative solutions to complex business disputes, emphasizing collaboration and efficiency to achieve results-oriented outcomes. In addition to her practice, Noelle serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and WIN Steering Committee and previously chaired the Associate Development Committee. She is also active in the Delaware State Bar Association’s Women and the Law Section and is committed to community engagement through her role on the Board of Directors of Friendship House + Limen Recovery and Wellness.
