Benesch Represents Allstate WorldCargo in the Acquisition of EliteXPO’s Business Operations

Benesch is pleased to announce that it served as legal counsel to Allstates WorldCargo, a leading provider of customized, expedited domestic logistics solutions, in its acquisition of EliteXPO, a Chicago‑based tradeshow logistics company specializing in end‑to‑end support for exhibitors.
The acquisition significantly strengthens Allstates WorldCargo’s capabilities in the niche tradeshow logistics vertical, adding decades of EliteXPO’s specialized experience in time‑critical event environments, including exhibit transportation, storage, and on‑site services.
