Benesch Represents Honeywell in SparkMeter Platforms Acquisition, Modernizing Grid Infrastructure Solutions to Meet Energy Demand

Benesch is proud to announce it represented Honeywell in its tuck-in acquisition of SparkMeter, a provider of leading grid management solutions for utilities.

This acquisition, which includes SparkMeter’s data platform, software technologies, intellectual property and related assets, expands Honeywell’s Smart Energy portfolio, supporting scalable, data-driven initiatives to meet rising energy demand. Integrating SparkMeter’s technology will improve data analytics delivery and operational performance visibility, modernizing utilities while advancing overall financial performance.
