Benesch Represents NCR in its Acquisition of JetPay Corporation

NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR) announced the successful completion of its acquisition of JetPay Corporation (NASDAQ: JTPY) through a tender offer made by NCR’s wholly-owned acquisition subsidiary, Orwell Acquisition Corporation, for all of the outstanding shares of JetPay.
The Benesch team was led by Sean Peppard and included Michael Stovsky, Sarah Hesse, Cheryl Donahue and Alison Evans.
