Benesch Represents Trivest in Sale of Unosquare to Ridgemont

Benesch served as legal advisor to Trivest Partners in connection with the sale of Unosquare, a global delivery engineering partner delivering enterprise solutions with advanced capabilities and strategic positioning for data-intensive industries, to Ridgemont Equity Partners out of Trivest’s non-control fund, Trivest Growth Investment Fund.
