Benesch Welcomes Associate to Corporate & Securities Practice Group in New York

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Aan Amin to the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in New York.
Aan advises public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, carve-outs, corporate reorganizations, leveraged buy-outs and other strategic transactions.
Aan has represented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on transactions ranging from $50 million to $12.5 billion, across a variety of industries including manufacturing, energy & infrastructure and consumer retail.
Prior to joining Benesch, Aan was a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP. He is a cum laude graduate of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and Georgetown University.
