Benesch Welcomes Associate to Corporate & Securities Team in Chicago

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Jacob R. Wilbers to the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in Chicago.

Jacob represents private equity sponsors, privately held companies, and publicly traded companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and strategic investments. Jacob has advised clients on deals ranging from $1 million to over $1 billion.

In addition, Jacob provides counsel to clients on a broad range of corporate governance and commercial matters. He has experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, food and beverage, and industrial services.

Prior to his tenure with Benesch, Jacob was a corporate associate at Winston & Strawn LLP. He is a graduate of Berkeley Law School.
