As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Avi Spira to the Benesch Healthcare+ Practice Group in Cleveland.

Avi’s primary area of expertise lies in corporate law, with a particular emphasis on healthcare transactions. This includes mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and general corporate matters within the healthcare sector.

Avi is dedicated to helping clients navigate a diverse range of healthcare transactional issues, such as entity structure, contract drafting, corporate governance, and specifically, he brings his experience to bear when working with skilled nursing and assisted living facility owners and operators in the healthcare industry.

Avi earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, his Bachelors of Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, and his B.S. from Excelsior College.
