Benesch Welcomes Associate to Real Estate Team in New York

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Kevin J. Kiley Jr. to the Real Estate Practice Group in New York.

Kevin represents clients in a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance, including the representation of investment banks, commercial banks, family offices and private equity clients in the structuring and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine debt, construction financing, preferred equity investments and joint ventures. In addition, Kevin has significant experience in capital markets and syndication work in the debt space, including note sales and intercreditor arrangements. Kevin earned his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
