Benesch Welcomes Neeta Sahadev as Corporate Partner, Expanding M&A Capabilities in the Bay Area

Benesch is pleased to announce that Neeta Sahadev has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Based in the Bay Area, Neeta brings extensive experience advising international and domestic clients on strategic M&A transactions, cross-border deals, SPACs, joint ventures, partnerships and private investments across a wide range of industries, including technology, gaming, aviation, consumer goods, cybersecurity, e-commerce and fintech.

Neeta has significant experience advising on the full spectrum of M&A transactions and is recognized for her ability to guide clients through every stage of the M&A process. Her diverse background, having lived and worked in the Middle East, Canada and the U.S., enables her to offer clients a uniquely well-rounded perspective and to work seamlessly with teams from a variety of backgrounds.

She was also shortlisted for the 2025 Women in Business Law Americas Awards: North America Rising Star (Corporate M&A). Neeta serves as a board member of the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California and is a frequent author and speaker on technology and strategic private M&A matters.
