Benesch Welcomes Paralegal to Litigation Team in New York

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of exceptional legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Paralegal Cornelius Bradley to the Litigation Practice Group in New York.
Cornelius has over three decades of experience in handling large case matters across a wide range of practice areas, including Intellectual Property, Product Liability, General Litigation and Labor Litigation. He possesses extensive experience in reviewing, organizing and preparing case documents for trials, arbitrations and hearings. Cornelius is also adept at managing complex document databases and preparing trial exhibits. Additionally, he has assisted with preparing depositions, drafting discovery requests, producing documents and preparing expert witness digests.
Cornelius has successfully supported bench trial decisions in Federal District Court and New York Supreme Court. He is proficient in cite-checking briefs for both New York State and Federal Courts and has a strong background in analyzing clients’ internal documents. Cornelius has participated in a total of 17 trials, arbitrations, and mediations in AAA, JAMS, State Court and Federal Court.
Prior to joining Benesch, Cornelius served as a Litigation Paralegal at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and Government from Columbia College, Columbia University.
