Benesch’s Capuzzi, Frey and Primm Receive 2024 Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under Recognition
August 7, 2024
Benesch is pleased to announce that Kevin Capuzzi, Timothy Frey and Adam Primm have been selected for inclusion in the 2024 Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under list, recognizing the “best and brightest” top emerging talent in litigation.
Since its inception in 2008, Benchmark Litigation has been the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the US. The Benchmark brand has grown dramatically and garnered industry-wide accolades as the definitive hub for in-depth analysis of the players shaping the dynamic practice of litigation.
Research is conducted through extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and their clients to identify the leading litigators and firms. Benchmark examines recent casework handled by law firms during these interviews and asks individual litigators to provide professional opinions on peers and practitioners within their jurisdiction or practice area.
Kevin’s practice includes representing clients in all stages of litigation before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the District of New Jersey, as well as the Delaware and New Jersey state and appellate courts. He has also provided pro bono services for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and the Office of the Child Advocate in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court and Family Court.
Timothy brings over a decade of experience in complex commercial litigation. He represents public and private companies and individuals in a diverse range of litigation matters, including products liability, class actions, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, data theft, employment disputes and contested corporate restructurings.
Adam has extensive experience managing cases and charges involving employee misclassification, wages and overtime, meal and rest breaks, wrongful discharge, retaliation and discrimination, including ADA, age, race, pregnancy, gender, sexual harassment and intentional torts. He is also well-versed in defending cases under the FLSA and state wage and hour laws, including collective and class actions regarding employee misclassification, unpaid overtime and minimum wages.
