CapitalWorks Sells Chemtron to Kinderhook Industries

Benesch represented CapitalWorks, a Midwestern and family-focused private equity fund, in the sale of portfolio company Chemtron, a hazardous and non-hazardous waste management provider, to Kinderhook Industries.
