Capuzzi, Frey, and Primm Named to Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under List for 2023

Benesch is pleased to announce that partners Kevin Capuzzi, Tim Frey and Adam Primm have been named to the Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under list for 2023.

Kevin represents debtors, official creditor committees, creditors, lenders, and parties to adversary proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the District of New Jersey, and in other bankruptcy courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, through pro hac vice admissions. He was named to the 40 & Under – Northeast list.
Adam maintains a growing labor and employment practice that includes representing public and private sector employers in all areas of employment and labor relations, as well as related employment litigation before federal and state administrative agencies and in trial courts in over 20 states. He was named to the 40 & Under – Midwest list.
Tim represents public and private companies, as well as individuals, in a wide array of litigation including products liability, class actions, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, data theft, employment disputes, and contested corporate restructurings. In addition, Tim defends companies and individuals subject to civil and criminal investigations brought by the SEC, DOJ, and various state Attorneys General. He was named to the 40 & Under – Midwest list.
