Frank will oversee the operation of the 24-attorney office while maintaining his active legal practice. Frank is Chair of the firm’s Health Care & Life Sciences Practice Group and a long-time member of the Executive Committee. Benesch’s Managing Partner, Gregg Eisenberg, said, “I very much look forward to working with Frank on advancing our goals of growth and continued success in the Columbus market. Frank has been serving in leadership roles with the firm for many years on our Executive Committee and as Chair of our Health Care & Life Sciences Practice Group, so this was a natural fit.”

His transactional experience includes advising public and private for-profit and non-profit companies on organization, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions; divestitures; strategic alliances and joint ventures; capital financings including private equity and venture capital funding; corporate governance; negotiation, drafting and enforcement of key contracts; and general business matters. His regulatory experience, which often intersects with his transactional practice, includes counseling clients on federal and state fraud and abuse laws; licensure, certification and program enrollment; reimbursement; audits, investigations and responses to enforcement authorities; self-disclosures; HIPAA data security and privacy; and general compliance matters.
Frank was recently named one of the Top Healthcare Transactions Lawyers of 2016 by The Ambulatory M&A Advisor. He is also listed as a Leading Lawyer in Healthcare Law in Chambers USA, and has been listed as a Best Lawyer® for 10 years.
