French Appointed to Indianapolis Bar Association Legal Services Advisory Committee

Benesch is pleased to announce that Peter S. French has been appointed to the Indianapolis Bar Association Legal Services Advisory Committee, effective April 14, 2011.

The Indianapolis Bar Association Legal Services Advisory Committee is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Bar’s Lawyer Referral Service.

Mr. French has experience representing clients in a variety of litigation matters including class actions, intellectual property misappropriations, securities violations, commercial and business transactions, shareholder disputes, employment non-competes, real estate development disputes, and environmental law and other governmental enforcement proceedings. Mr. French is also a certified mediator. He received his A.B. from The College of William & Mary and his J.D., with a Certificate in Environmental Law, from Tulane University Law School.
