Benesch Transportation & Logistics Vice Chair Jonathan Todd was featured in Global Finance’s article, “Will Reshoring Survive Trump’s Shifting Tariff Policy?” in which he shared insights on how shifting tariff policies are affecting U.S. supply chain strategies and reshoring momentum.
In the article, Todd noted, “We know of a number of clients who paused their reshoring plans due to the speed of change for the tariff landscape in the second quarter of this year.”
He added, “There’s cautious optimism among clients, but most remain in a wait‑and‑see posture.”
Todd explained that while reshoring has been a strategic priority for many companies, rapid shifts in tariff policy have led to uncertainty, causing many to delay or reassess their plans
