The trustee alleges that the firm failed to provide competent legal counsel to KDC Agribusiness as the company restructured its business operations and subsequently entered bankruptcy. The matter has generated significant proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, including disputes over jurisdiction and the trustee’s efforts to pursue claims on behalf of the bankruptcy estate.
