Kevin Capuzzi named 2019 Delaware Super Lawyers – Rising Star

The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less. This is Kevin’s second year receiving the recognition.

Kevin Capuzzi is a partner in Benesch’s Insolvency & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, Litigation Practice Group and Transportation & Logistics Practice Group. He has experience representing debtors, official creditor committees, creditors, lenders, and parties to adversary proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the District of New Jersey, and in other bankruptcy courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, through pro hac vice admissions.
