Kidd & Company, LLC Recapitalizes Colerain RV in Partnership With Management and Acquires Northside RV’s

Benesch represented Kidd & Company, LLC, a leading family office investment firm focused on the middle market, in its recapitalization of Colerain RV, a specialty retailer of recreational vehicles with four dealerships and service locations in Ohio and Indiana. Simultaneously, the company acquired Northside RV’s, the largest RV dealership in Kentucky. Colerain’s owners retained a significant equity position and will continue to manage the company.
