Benesch is pleased to announce that Ross J. Kirchick has been named Chair of the Commercial Finance & Banking Practice Group and Deviani M. Kuhar has been named Chair of the Estate Planning & Probate Practice Group.
Mr. Kirchick focuses his practice on representing banks, financial institutions, borrowers (including profit and not-for-profit) and investors in connection with commercial lending and finance transactions. He has considerable commercial lending and finance transaction experience handling loan documentation, modification, maintenance and administration, as well as workouts and recapitalizations in a wide range of complex financing structures. Additionally, Mr. Kirchick is listed by Chambers USA as a leading individual in the Banking and Finance practice area. Mr. Kirchick received his B.A., with great distinction, from The University of Michigan and his J.D., with honors, from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law.
Ms. Kuhar focuses her practice on working with clients in reaching their personal estate planning goals. She has assisted clients in implementing a wide range of sophisticated estate planning techniques. Ms. Kuhar works with many business owners to implement succession plans. Ms. Kuhar received her B.A. from St. Joseph’s College, her J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University.
Mr. Kirchick and Ms. Kuhar both work out of the firm’s Cleveland office.
