Benesch represented private equity firm Kohlberg & Co., as health care regulatory counsel, in its acquisition of the Meadows, which has treatment centers in Arizona that offer inpatient, outpatient and intensive outpatient levels of care. Kohlberg also has majority ownership of Sunspire Health.
Accredited by Joint Commission, the Meadows treats addictions and mental health disorders, including trauma and process addictions. It also features the Claudia Black Young Adult Center inpatient treatment program for young adults ages 18 to 26 with unresolved trauma, addictions or other concerns.
