Benesch is pleased to announce that Patricia “Trish” Geraghty and Jonathon Korinko have joined the firm’s Cleveland office.
Trish is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Construction Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on representing design professionals, contractors and subcontractors in negligence, breach of contract, breach of warranty, construction defect, design deficiencies, delay, property damage, lien, product defect, and tort claims. Trish is experienced in deposition preparation and defense, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, mediation, and contract negotiation and drafting. She is also well-versed in conducting research, drafting legal memoranda, briefs, settlement agreements, and motions for construction, business and patent clients.
Trish received her J.D. from the Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and her M.E.S.S. and B.A. from the University of Florida.
Jonathon is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Construction Practice Groups and focuses his practice on representing businesses in complex commercial disputes. He has significant experience in handling multidistrict litigation, employment disputes, Sherman Act claims, and breach of contract actions..
Jonathon received is J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina and his B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Ohio University.
