Benesch is pleased to announce that Amy C. Livingston has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group.
Amy focuses her practice on counseling private equity clients and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers, securities purchases, asset purchases and other acquisitions and investments. Amy also provides ongoing support for portfolio companies with regard to general corporate governance matters, including preparing materials for and participating in board of director meetings, drafting dividend, distribution and contribution agreements, and drafting investment, option and other equity grant agreements.
Amy received her J.D., magna cum laude, from The University of Michigan Law School in 2012 and her B.A. in French and English, with honors, from Grinnell College in 2009.
