Margo Wolf O’Donnell was shortlisted for the category of “Inspiring Role Model in Promoting Gender Diversity in the Legal Profession.” Eleven women attorneys from across the nation have been shortlisted for the award in this individual category, with three women, including Ms. O’Donnell, from Chicago law firms. The Awards recognize individuals, firms and companies who have brought about dramatic improvements in gender equality, women’s advancement and inclusion in the legal profession. Winning a Chambers Women in Law Award sets a remarkably high precedent and marks an internationally recognized achievement of excellence in furthering the advancement of women within the legal sphere. The Awards seek to recognize these achievements, empower the people behind innovative women’s initiatives and give greater visibility to gender diversity.
