Prior to joining Benesch, Matt spent seven years at Ice Miller, where he played a pivotal role in modernizing the firm’s IT systems and enhancing cybersecurity measures. His diverse experience in leading technology transformations across law firms and other industries makes him adept at optimizing processes, developing talent and implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Known for his strategic planning, technology modernization, cross-departmental collaboration and ability to navigate complex challenges, Matt ensures the seamless integration of technology with business goals. He builds high-performing teams and fosters strong partnerships, with a focus on continuous improvement.
