Matthew Farrell Named to the 2024 National Black Lawyers Association “Top 40 Under 40”

Benesch is pleased to announce that attorney Matthew Farrell has been named to The National Black Lawyers Association’s “Top 40 Under 40” in California for 2024. The NBL hand-selects influential lawyers with a reputation for providing excellent legal representation and leaders in their respective practice areas.
The National Black Lawyers is an organization that maintains a national network of the top black attorneys in each state. Its members are plaintiff and defense lawyers who represent law firms across the nation and focus on a variety of practice areas.
Matthew is a member of Benesch’s Retail & E-Commerce practice group. He has represented dozens of clients in consumer class actions, individual suits and arbitrations arising from customers’ use of their websites and apps. Based on his extensive knowledge of how courts interpret and apply digital agreements, Matthew regularly advises clients on their website practices. He also represents clients in a range of additional areas, and he regularly contributes to pro bono projects.
