Moss Joins Benesch

Benesch is pleased to announce that Steven M. Moss has joined the firm as a partner.

Mr. Moss joins the firm as a partner in its Labor & Employment Group. His national practice is focused on counseling and representing employers in all aspects of traditional labor and employment law, including negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, labor contract arbitrations, union representation and decertification elections, labor issues affecting the acquisition and sale of businesses, and wage and hour practices.

Mr. Moss has lectured at numerous conferences across America and has been quoted in various publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today and National Public Radio. He has also been listed in Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America and Ohio Super Lawyers.

Mr. Moss received his B.A. from Ithaca College and his J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He will work out of the firm’s Cleveland office.
