Benesch is pleased to announce that Kelly E. Mulrane has been appointed by City Council to Hilliard’s Board of Zoning Appeals. The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of seven members who serve five-year terms. The Board rules on administrative appeals, variances, temporary land uses, and nonconforming land uses to the City’s Zoning Code.
Kelly is an associate in Benesch’s Litigation Practice Group and a member of the Transportation & Logistics Group. In addition to her litigation practice, Kelly specializes in federal licensing and compliance of motor carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders. She has experience in obtaining initial federal licenses, reinstatements, voluntary revocations, and transfers of federal transportation authority.
