Benesch Partner Nicole Yoon, a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in New York, was featured in Law360 about her move to the firm. Nicole joined Benesch after nearly a decade at McDermott Will & Emery.

In her practice, Nicole advises publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity sponsors, and other investment vehicles on transactions and corporate matters, such as cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. She has experience handling deal structuring, post-merger integration, corporate governance, joint ventures, equity financings, corporate restructurings and recapitalization.
