O’Brien Joins Benesch

Benesch is pleased to announce that Daniel J. O’Brien has joined the firm as an associate in the Health Care Practice Group. He will work out of the firm’s Cleveland office.

Mr. O’Brien has experience advising hospital, physician and other health care professionals on matters including fraud and abuse laws, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and structuring joint venture arrangements. Mr. O’Brien received his B.B.A. from Ohio University and his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
