PES Enrollments Acquires AllyHealth

Benesch represented PES Enrollments (“PES”) in its acquisition of AllyHealth, a virtual healthcare and wellness company. PES is a nation-wide employee benefits technology, administration, and education solutions provider. With its acquisition of AllyHealth, PES is expanding its offerings to clients to include a suite of telehealth benefits including virtual urgent care, mental health counseling, and health and wellness coaching, along with a mobile app that provides access to other features such as advocacy and care navigation and a benefits wallet.
