Pritzker Private Capital Acquires Valicor Environmental Services, LLC

Benesch represented Pritzker Private Capital as transportation counsel, in its acquisition of Valicor Environmental Services, LLC from Wind Point Partners. Pritzker Private Capital partners with middle-market companies based in North America with leading positions in the manufactured products, services, and healthcare sectors. Valicor provides nonhazardous wastewater treatment services through its network of centralized wastewater treatment facilities and extensive transportation fleet.
