Real Estate & Environmental Practice Expands with Addition of Christian Moratschek

Benesch is pleased to announce that Christian Moratschek has joined the firm’s Cleveland office as an associate in the Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group.

Mr. Moratschek has experience counseling businesses and governmental entities on a wide variety of real estate and real estate-related legal issues (e.g., development, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, finance, zoning, and land use). Specifically, Mr. Moratschek has represented both owners and developers in the purchase, sale, development and redevelopment of a variety of commercial and multi-family properties. In addition, he has experience representing landlords and tenants in connection with leases and financing for retail, office, industrial and special use properties. Mr. Moratschek received his J.D., cum laude, from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2008 and his B.A. from Case Western Reserve University in 2002.
