Rob Zimmerman Selected as Co-Chair of Moritz College of Law National Council

Benesch is pleased to announce that Partner and Government Relations Practice Group Chair Rob Zimmerman, a 1991 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, has been selected to serve as Co-Chair of the law school’s National Council. Rob has served on the National Council for more than a decade and begins his term as Co-Chair this fall.
In this role, Rob will collaborate with the Dean, other leadership and the law school advancement team to further the mission of the Moritz College of Law. His role will involve advocating for the school, supporting students and helping in the placement of recent graduates, promoting diversity and inclusion, and fostering connections within the legal community.
“I am truly honored to have been selected for this prestigious role and look forward to serving alongside such a distinguished group of alumni,” said Rob. “As a Buckeye, I take pride in remaining committed to Moritz’s advancement and the development of its future graduates.”
A civil trial and appellate lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, Rob focuses his practice on civil litigation, zoning and land use issues, and government relations.
