Todd Elected to Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) Board of Directors

Benesch is pleased to announce that Jonathan R. Todd has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA). He will serve a one-year term, which begins March 1, 2020. Jonathan’s election to the Board reaffirms Benesch’s commitment to the truckload segment of the transportation industry, continuing over a decade of the Firm’s involvement at this level of the TCA.  

Jonathan is a Partner in Benesch’s distinguished Transportation & Logistics Practice Group.  He practices law exclusively in the areas of transportation, logistics, supply chain management, and international trade compliance. He represents the wide range of end-to-end supply chain participants including carriers and third party logistics providers in transactional and regulatory matters. His deep understanding of business operations, best practices, and regulatory requirements was gained during his years as Senior Corporate Counsel for a large domestic motor carrier and international freight forwarder.  His expertise in all aspects of the supply chain has proven valuable to both industry at large and to federal agencies.

The TCA dedicates itself to representing the interests of truckload carriers. TCA members, along with hundreds of other leaders in the truckload carrier industry, work to ensure safe, high quality, reliable and efficient truckload transportation services.
