Transaction Creates Preeminent Radiation Oncology Center

Benesch client, Oak Hill Capital Partners’ portfolio company, Physician Oncology Services LP (POSI) completed the combination of its business with the business of Vantage Oncology, Inc., creating one of the nation’s preeminent networks of outpatient radiation oncology centers. The combined company, named Vantage Oncology, will operate 40 radiation and oncology centers in 13 states nationwide, providing critical oncology services to more than 1,000 patients per day. The financial terms of the transaction, which closed on January 31, were not publicly disclosed.

Benesch served as health care regulatory counsel for Oak Hill Capital Partners and Physician Oncology Services LP for this transaction.
