Turning Technologies Acquires Arizona-based einstruction

Internationally acclaimed information-technology software developer, Turning Technology, acquired its chief rival, Arizona-based einstruction. The acquisition is nearly doubling the size of Turning Technology and is injecting new capital and jobs into the Youngstown, OH economy. The Benesch team who worked on this deal was led by Gregg Eisenberg and included Julie Price, Jim Brown, Rick Tracanna, Amanda Miller, Mike Stovsky and Bill Schonberg. Read here for more information.
