Aan Amin advises on various corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, equity financings, corporate restructurings and general corporate governance.

Aan has represented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as public and privately held companies, on transactions ranging from $50 million to $12.5 billion across a wide spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Benesch, Aan was an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP.
