Aan Amin advises on various corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, equity financings, corporate restructurings and general corporate governance.

Aan has represented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as public and privately held companies, on transactions ranging from $50 million to $12.5 billion across a wide spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Benesch, Aan was an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP.

  • Represented LeadsOnline, LLC, a portfolio company of TA Associates, in its acquisition of Nighthawk.cloud, LLC, a provider of data analytics software to law enforcement and investigative agencies.
  • Represented Harbor Global in its acquisition of Encoretech, a specialized training and user adoption services company focused on the legal sector.
  • Represented Meteor Education, a portfolio company of Bain Capital Double Impact Fund, in its acquisition of Advanced Technologies Consultants, a leading provider of career and technical education training and equipment in both secondary and post-secondary education markets.
